Backoffice U17KWC
Welcome at our Backoffice system especially developed for the U17 tournament!
In this Backoffice you can insert your players and staff members and edit/delete until one day before we start with the tournament and later on you can access the Matchform.
In this Matchform you can fill in which players will start in a game and which role they have (Attack or Defense). This Matchform will then be used and controlled by the Jury and the Referee.
The marked players are automatically available for the livestream and livescore!
Players Form
When you have permission to fill in the players for your country, you will see the "Players" option in the menu bar. You can fill in all the players for your team with a maximum of 14 players.
Please provide us with the exact data because this will be used for the Jury Match forms. Also a color photo of the player where the heigth is the same as the width, e.g. 500 pixel x 500 pixels, and a maximum 2Mb size,
is necessary for the Match Form and website. If you don't have the photo available at this moment you can edit the players until the day before the start of the tournament.
Staff Members
When you have permission to fill in the staff members for your country, you will see the "Staff Member" option in the menu bar. You can fill in all the staffmembers for your team with a maximum of 5 members.
Please provide us with the exact data because this will be used for the Jury Match forms. If you don't have the data available at this moment you can edit the members until the day before the start of the tournament.
Teammangers
When you have permission to fill in the Match Forms for the matches that your country will play, because you are the teammanager, you will see the "Match Forms" option in the menu bar.
We will populate the Match Forms when no more modifications can be made for the team. Normally this will be one day before the start of the tournament.
On Saturday evening we will fill the players for the Match Forms for Sunday.
Before the start of the game, you can change the colors of the Team clothes and the roles of the players until you have checked the "team is final"!
After that no more modification is possible by the Teammanager. The Chairman will now be able to open the Match Form(s) and can/will approved it.
Jury
When you are the Chairman of the jury you have permission to fill in the Match Forms for the matches that you are assigned to. You will see the "Match Forms" option in the menu bar.
We will populate the Match Forms with players, staff members and officials when no more modifications can be made. Normally this will be one day before the start of the tournament.
On Saturday evening we will fill all the Match Forms for Sunday.
You must check before the match starts if all the data for both teams on the Match Form is correct: Colors of the uniform, Attack and Defense roles of the starting players.
If you got a message that you can't open the Match Form(s) then the Teammanager has not yet finished the Match Form!
When you can open the Match Form(s) you are still be able to change player roles if something is wrong. After you checked everything, place a checkmark on the form.
When the game has finished, you fill in the score and the substitutions, cards and other remarks like Golden Goal. You can modify this until the form is automatically closed after a certain period of time.
